Here's the story of our LA food truck. Family moves from Montreal, Quebec Canada to Los Angeles looking to trade in their boots and wool hats for convertibles and tan lines. Complete fairy tale story, except for one thing...no eggrolls. Papa decides to relieve stress by messing around in the kitchen with eggroll skins and hot oil. Fast forward a couple of decades. Papa's son Michael decides to go to a fancy culinary school, but instead of pursuing some high paying job with a long title and a funny hat, he figures he can finally help Papa put together a great eggroll.

In the meantime, while living in New York City, the lights go dim and the music gets louder when Michael and Emily meet eyes for the first time in a cozy joint. Most couples talk of a future that includes cute houses with white picket fences, but in this case, the couple brainstormed about what makes a great Montreal eggroll. Fast forward a couple more years and Emily and Michael decide to tie the knot. Instead of having human kids, these two lovebirds decide to first make a food truck baby.
